Ande Ka Qagina – Maimoona Yasmeen Recipes – Hyderabadwala

Ingredients: For 4 to 5 servings

 

Onions(medium sized) : 7 (chopped)

Eggs – 4

Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 Tablespoon

Salt : 1 ½ Teaspoon

Turmeric Powder : ½ Teaspoon

Coriander : 1 Bunch(chopped)

Green Chillies diced :  4

Cooking Oil : 2 Tablespoons

 

Procedure:

 

  1. In a cooking saucepan, add oil. Add chopped onions and close the lid.
  2. Keep stirring in between to avoid burning.
  3. When the onions turn brown, add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Cook for 1 minute and add salt and turmeric powder.
  5. Add chopped coriander and green chillies.
  6. Stir and cook for a minute.
  7. Add 4 eggs and spread or break the yolk.
  8. Add 1/4thcup of water.
  9. Cook on medium flame for 2 minutes and then simmer for 5 minutes.

Hyderabadi Andon Ka Qagina is ready. Serve with Chapati or Khhichdi.
