Ande Ka Qagina – Maimoona Yasmeen Recipes – Hyderabadwala

Ingredients: For 4 to 5 servings
Onions(medium sized) : 7 (chopped)
Eggs – 4
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 Tablespoon
Salt : 1 ½ Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder : ½ Teaspoon
Coriander : 1 Bunch(chopped)
Green Chillies diced : 4
Cooking Oil : 2 Tablespoons
Procedure:
- In a cooking saucepan, add oil. Add chopped onions and close the lid.
- Keep stirring in between to avoid burning.
- When the onions turn brown, add ginger garlic paste.
- Cook for 1 minute and add salt and turmeric powder.
- Add chopped coriander and green chillies.
- Stir and cook for a minute.
- Add 4 eggs and spread or break the yolk.
- Add 1/4thcup of water.
- Cook on medium flame for 2 minutes and then simmer for 5 minutes.
Hyderabadi Andon Ka Qagina is ready. Serve with Chapati or Khhichdi.
