Mash Ke Wade – Black Gram Fritters – Maimoona Yasmeen Recipes – Hyderabadwala

Black gram (dal mash or urad dal) : 250 grams
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Coriander (chopped) : 1 bunch
Green chillies: 6 to 7 diced

1.    Soak black gram overnight in 1 litre of water. Drain the water next morning and grind it into a fine paste. Leave the batter in refrigerator for about 4 to 5 hours.

2.    After 5 hours, add salt, chopped coriander and diced green chilies. Mix well and keep aside.

3.     In a frying pan, add oil for frying. When the oil is hot, shape the fritters or vada using water(mark a hole at the centre using the index finger).

4.    Lower these fritters in the hot oil and fry on both sides till they turn brown.


Maash Ke Vade is ready.

Your snacks are the worst.They are not at all good. Yes, I agree some are good, but this one is not good .I prefer normal wade than yours.
