Mooli Ka Sookha Salan or Radish Dry Curry – Maimoona Yasmeen Recipes – Hyderabadwala

Ingredients: For 2 to 3 servings

Chopped radish (kati hui mooli): 150 grams
Cooking oil: 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds (zeera) : ½ teaspoon
Onion: 1 whole
Ginger garlic paste: ½ teaspoon
Salt: ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/4th teaspoon
Red chilli powder: ½ teaspoon
Cumin powder (zeera powder): 1/4th teaspoon
Chopped coriander (hara dhaniya): a handful

Procedure:
1.    In a cooking pan, add oil. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds.

2.    Let them splutter and add chopped onion. Saute the onions till they turn light brown.

3.    Add ginger garlic paste, sauté for 15 seconds and add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and chopped radish.

4.    Sauté for 30 seconds and add ½ cup of water.

5.    Cook on medium flame till the water dries up.

6.    Saute for 30 seconds. Add cumin powder, chopped coriander.

7.    Mix well and simmer for 1 minute.

Hyderabadi  Mooli ka Sukha Salan or Radish Dry Curry is ready
